VaultZero

Terms of service

Last updated: 3 November 2026. Beta terms; they will be replaced before general availability.

1. Beta status

The service is a private beta. It may change or be interrupted, there is no availability commitment, and you should not make it the only copy of anything you cannot recreate.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Data processing

Our privacy policy and sub-processor list form part of these terms. Where we act as a processor, we process customer data only on your documented instructions, apply the technical measures described in our documentation, and notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach.

On termination we delete customer data on request, and erasure runs through the same purge pipeline as a standard erasure request, including journal replay after any backup restore.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or bypass row-level security, or interfere with other customers' use of the service. Report security issues to security@vaultzero.cc.

5. Fees

The beta is free. Usage is metered so we can bill once commercial terms are agreed, and we will give notice before charging.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during a free beta may be zero.
